Plasma CTRP9 declines following cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury. A, plasma CTRP9 levels after myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) or sham surgery. Wild-type mice were subjected to 60 min of ischemia, followed by 24 h of reperfusion or sham operation. CTRP9 protein levels in plasma (2.0 μl) were determined by Western blot analysis using A00081-03-100. Relative protein levels of CTRP9 were quantified using ImageJ (mean ± S.E., n = 6).
